Recruit and develop insurance advisors
Train and mentor advisors on sales strategies
Generate business through advisor activation
Support advisors in customer acquisition
Conduct field activities and sales meetings
Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets
Build solid relationships with customers and advisors
Eligibility:
Graduation Mandatory
2+ Years of Field Sales Experience
Robust Leadership & Communication Skills
