Execute recruitment plans to meet regional manpower requirements.
Strengthen employee engagement and retention through regular interaction and branch visits.
Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to organizational HR policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and Full & Final settlements.
Partner with Operations to improve workforce productivity and employee satisfaction.
Prepare and present periodic HR dashboards, scorecards, and compliance reports to management.
