We are looking for a skilled Civil Designer-Substation with 6 to 11 years of experience in Power Network, Power Transmission Distribution, Utilities, EPC, Oil Gas, Solar, or Renewable Energy. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and developing substation projects.
Roles and Responsibility
Design and develop substation layouts, including power distribution and transmission systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Develop and maintain detailed records of design documents and project progress.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical issues during construction.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in civil design, preferably in substation projects.
Solid knowledge of power transmission, distribution, and utilities.
Experience with EPC, oil gas, solar, or renewable energy is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Info
The selected candidate will be offered a 12-month extended contract.
