We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead Fruits & Vegetables to manage quality operations across our fresh produce supply chain. In this role, you will ensure product quality, food safety, compliance, and consistency from sourcing to customer delivery.
What Youll Do
Define and implement quality standards, SOPs, and grading benchmarks
Lead quality checks across procurement, warehousing, and distribution
Manage and mentor a team of Quality Executives and Inspectors
Conduct vendor and farm audits to ensure compliance and food safety
Oversee grading, sorting, rejection handling, and cold chain management
Track quality metrics, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions
Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards and internal quality policies
Collaborate with procurement,
supply chain, and category teams

Solid expertise in F&V; grading, ripening, and post-harvest management
Valuable understanding of cold chain and inventory quality control
Leadership and team management skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
