Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Team Lead Motherhub Operations to oversee day-to-day Motherhub activities and ensure smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily Motherhub operations.
Lead, guide, and supervise the operations team.
Ensure timely processing, dispatch, and operational compliance.
Track productivity and maintain operational KPIs.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain reports, records, and process adherence.
Drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the hub.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1 - 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, hub, or operations management.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
