Role & responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and project sales.
Generate sales through direct customers, channel partners, and corporate alliances.
Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure timely follow-up of all leads generated through digital, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and customer meetings to close high-value deals.
Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and documentation.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline analysis,



and market intelligence reports for management.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to recommend appropriate business strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile
812 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in residential real estate.
Robust leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
