We are a leading Industrial Automation and Electrical Solutions company specializing in ABB Drives & Motors, Control Panels, Fluke Test & Measurement Instruments, and Industrial Automation Solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Engineers who are passionate about sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by visiting industrial customers and identifying their requirements.
Promote and sell ABB Drives, Motors, Control Panels, Fluke Instruments, and industrial automation solutions.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products and service solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
Coordinate with the internal technical and service teams for smooth project execution.
Promote annual maintenance contracts (AMC), repairs, spares, and other after-sales services.
Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain CRM updates.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or automation products.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
Ability to learn technical products quickly.

Eligibility
Any Graduate/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, or related engineering disciplines preferred
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience will be preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence for field sales
