Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete Accounts & Finance function.
Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Handle direct and indirect tax assessments, notices, and departmental audits.
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and treasury operations.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of financial records.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.

Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.
Robust knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
Experience in financial reporting, audits, budgeting, MIS, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
