Job Description

Bright Birds School is looking for a caring, energetic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners from Play Group to Prep. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can create a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Teach through play-based and activity-based methods.
Develop children's communication, social, motor, and cognitive skills.
Maintain discipline with a positive and caring approach.
Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
Conduct rhymes, storytelling, phonics, art & craft, music, and fun learning activities.
Monitor each child's progress and maintain records.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and child-friendly.
Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings.

Passionate about working with young children.
Pleasant personality with patience and empathy.
Valuable spoken English and Hindi.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic.
Ability to manage a classroom independently.
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
