This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:
Own the co-brand card proposition (features, rewards, pricing) and serve as the primary point of contact for the partner on business matters and joint planning.
Negotiate and manage partnership commercial terms (revenue share, cost sharing) with Finance and Legal.
Own the program P&L; track actuals (acquisition, spends, receivables) against plan and drive corrective action on variances.
Monitor portfolio health (SPC, ENR, Dormancy & Inactivity)
Ensure the program meets regulatory/compliance requirements and track audit or risk remediation items to closure.
Prepare and present periodic performance and risk reviews to senior management.
Work closely with Technology, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth program delivery.
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
Cards Ecosystem including LOS, CMS and other related product nuances
Understanding of card/lending P&L; drivers (interchange, interest income, fees, cost of funds, credit costs) and portfolio metrics
Familiarity with credit risk and underwriting concepts is an advantage.
Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to card issuance and thirdparty/outsourcing arrangements is an advantage.
