Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Solid ability to understand, interpret, and clearly explain technical systems.
Experience working with product release cycles and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Excellent written communication skills with robust attention to detail.
Familiarity with documentation authoring tools such as RoboHelp, Help & Doc, or similar.
Working knowledge of GitHub workflows, Confluence, Jira, or equivalent tools.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
Proficiency in Markdown and HTML.

Preferred / Good to Have
Exposure to manufacturing platforms, cable industry, or infrastructure-related domains.
Experience working with Oxygen XML Editor or similar tools.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, instructional manuals, release notes, and FAQs.




Translate complex infrastructure and platform concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
Support customer-facing documentation such as user guides and knowledge base articles.
Maintain and enhance documentation repositories, including Confluence and Git-based platforms.
Ensure consistent standards, templates, and formatting across all documentation.
Keep documentation up to date with evolving systems, ensuring accuracy and usability.
Work independently to research, develop, and complete assigned documentation projects.
