Role & responsibilities
Generate and qualify international and domestic B2B leads to acquire new customers.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to convert prospects into long-term accounts.
Visit clients regularly to understand requirements, build trust, and achieve revenue targets.
Manage key accounts as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction
Execute B2B marketing strategies, including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation.
Track sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize growth campaigns.




Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and industry events for brand promotion.
Monitor Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine market trends to identify recent opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service fulfillment and delivery.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred
Experience: 0 - 1 year / 1 - 5 years / 5 - 10+ years in B2B Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Account Management.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, as the role requires regular communication and professional engagement with international clients.
Candidates with experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, or Marine sectors will be preferred
Exposure to engineering services or industrial business environments will be an advantage.
Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and online lead generation is desirable
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel for business development activities
