Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Pega platform deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Develop and manage Helm charts for application deployment and lifecycle management.
Administer and maintain AWS & on prem infrastructure including RDS and compute services.
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
Establish centralized logging solutions using OpenSearch and Loki.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Manage firewall configurations, database maintenance, and system security.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards including DORA.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and system optimization.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Valuable experience in Data engineering and ETL concepts.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (RDS, EC2, IAM).
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Knowledge of logging tools like OpenSearch and Loki.
Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
Ability to work in agile framework
