Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, and daily work logs.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Estimate quantities of materials and monitor material usage.
Verify measurements and prepare bills (BOQ/BBS) as required.
Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
Perform leveling, surveying, and setting out using surveying instruments.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and project standards.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, and quality records.
Skills Preferred
Knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, and structural works.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and basic quantity estimation.
Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control procedures.
