Role Summary
We are seeking a Lead Developer with deep expertise in .NET, and React to lead development efforts for enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong architecture knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on technical skills to guide the team and deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
610+ years of software development experience, including leadership or mentoring.
Robust expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, microservices, React.
Strong understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience designing distributed systems and integration patterns.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of security standards (OAuth, JWT, Identity Provider integration).
Exposure to containerization and Kubernetes.
Experience working in financial/banking settings (plus).
