Operational Handover (Build-to-Run)




Knowledge Transfer: Conduct formal training sessions for the operations team to ensure they can manage the current workplace.
Onboarding: Integrate recent deployments into monitoring (SNMP/Syslog) and backup platforms.

Hypercare: Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting before final sign-off to the Run team.
