Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Solid experience in resale of residential, commercial and land in Gurugram market
Oversee daily operations of the sales department, including tracking performance metrics
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize property promotion and lead conversion
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
brokers, and other stakeholders
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular sales meetings, reporting, and forecasting
