We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager Benefits Administration, healthcare to lead a highperforming team supporting U.S. insurance benefits through a voice/blended environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operations, enjoys solving complex benefit issues, and can drive both performance and customer experience.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, HR, Insurance, or related field.
Should have Insurance Healthcare or Advantage administration experience with voice calling US geo.
810 years of experience in benefits administration, insurance operations, or HR shared services.
3+ years leading teams in a voice or blended operations environment.
Robust knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and U.S. advantages eligibility rules.
Experience with perks platforms (Workday, ADP, Benefitfocus, Alight, Mercer, etc.).
Excellent communication skills for voice support and client interactions.
Experience supporting open enrollment, transitions, or recent client onboarding.
