Business Targets: Achievement of business targets in terms of volumes, revenue and margins, on an annual and month on month basis.
Reporting & Compliance :Ensuring strict and uncompromising adherence to reporting and compliance standards as per company requirement and RBI guidelines.
Performance Reviews: Conducting regular performance reviews for the team and discuss strategy and course correction mechanisms with the senior management.
Customer Experience: Orient the team to deliver the best in class customer experience with solid focus on lowering processing times & ensuring customer convenience.
