Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and analytical Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants to join our Internal Audit team as Senior Analysts. The role provides exposure to internal audits, process reviews, risk assessments, internal financial controls, and compliance engagements across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Execute internal audit assignments across various industries under the guidance of senior team members.
Perform process walkthroughs and document business processes, risks, and controls.
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Prepare audit workpapers, risk and control matrices (RCMs), and audit reports.
Conduct testing of internal financial controls (IFC) and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in developing audit observations and practical recommendations for process improvements.
Perform data analysis to support audit findings and risk assessments.




Coordinate with client stakeholders to obtain information and clarify audit observations.
Ensure timely completion of audit assignments while maintaining quality standards.

Desired Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
Basic knowledge of business processes and financial reporting.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
Willingness to travel based on business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
CA Semi-Qualified (CA Inter Both Groups Cleared/Appeared).
02 years of relevant experience or articleship exposure in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or Statutory Audit.
Strong academic background.
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
