We are looking for a motivated Sales Marketing Executive with strong field experience to manage on-ground sales, execute local marketing campaigns, and help drive customer acquisition and retention.

As a Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Operations), you will be responsible for promoting the company's healthcare products and services by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, retailers, and institutional clients. The role requires extensive field travel to identify new business prospects, increase market penetration, and achieve assigned sales targets. You will execute promotional activities, conduct product demonstrations, gather customer feedback, and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies across the assigned territory. Close coordination with internal teams is essential to ensure timely order fulfillment and superior customer satisfaction.
Promote and sell healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and other healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.




Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring recent business opportunities through regular field visits.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct product presentations, promotional campaigns, customer meetings, and awareness programs to increase product visibility and brand recognition.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, market trends, and customer requirements, providing regular market intelligence reports to management.
Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and internal sales teams to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and prompt issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, expense reports, and territory performance using CRM systems and other reporting tools.
Represent the organization professionally during field operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, ethical sales practices, and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
