Role & responsibilities
Provide accurate forecast for monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Manage and maintain the sales pipeline effectively.
Develop and deliver sales presentations explaining key technical aspects of robotics and automation solutions.
Generate leads through customer visits, networking, and market research.
Handle OEM customers independently and maintain robust customer relationships.
Establish and maintain relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify upcoming opportunities and challenges.
Achieve allotted AOP / sales targets for the assigned region.
Understand CAD data and 2D drawings for technical discussions and solution proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution and customer support.
Think independently,
suggest improvements, and contribute towards business growth.
Travel for customer meetings and business development activities as required.
Candidate should have experience in the Robotics / Automation industry.
Candidate must own a personal vehicle.
Preferred candidate profile
3 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably in Robotics / Automation industry.
Robust techno-commercial negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of robotics automation, CAD data, and 2D drawings.
Ability to work independently and handle OEM customers.
Robust networking and customer relationship management skills.
Should be proactive & flourish with minimal guidance.
