Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate in-house fabrication and integration of complex systems.
Support Quality and Site teams during Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Involve in installation and commissioning of HLTM systems at customer sites.
Evaluate and resolve equipment-related issues to maintain system reliability.
Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
Adhere to defined processes and company quality standards.
Manage shop floor operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with 5S and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Conversant with electro-mechanical equipment, P&ID;, and fabrication processes.
Sound understanding of GD&T; and best practices (Dos and Don’ts) during system integration.
Awareness of various bought-out parts such as motors, cylinders,



sensors, and ability to handle and integrate them effectively.
Skilled in troubleshooting using tools like 5 Why (5W), 8D analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Capable of planning and managing resources efficiently, with experience in handling a team of at least 5 members.
Knowledge of waste control and continuous improvement practices.
Adequate knowledge of MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
Familiar with 5S methodology, shop floor management, and utilities management.
Robust technical aptitude combined with leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Committed to safety, quality, and process discipline in all operations.
