Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
Organize employee engagement activities, training, and performance management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlements, and employee offboarding.
Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee performance.
Support branch managers and department heads with HR-related activities.




Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.
