Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations for the polymer manufacturing plant.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction for staff and shop-floor employees.
Handle statutory compliance under the Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and other labour laws.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, HRMS, and employee records.
Build and maintain positive employee and industrial relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate training, skill development, and performance management (KRA/KPI and appraisal cycles).
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and retention programs.
Support audits related to HR, ISO, customer requirements, and statutory compliance.
Liaise with government authorities, labour departments, PF/ESI offices, and factory inspectors.




Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower dashboards, attrition analysis, and monthly HR metrics.
Partner with production, quality, EHS, finance, and operations teams to meet plant objectives.

Qualification:

Graduate/ Post Graduate in HR.
Additional qualification in Labour Laws/Industrial Relations is an advantage.

Experience
8 to12 years
Plant HR leadership role.
Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforces and industrial relations.
