Key Responsibilities
Daily Execution: Supervise daily site operations, manage labor/contractors, and ensure work hits daily schedule targets.
Material Control: Track all material inward/outward. Monitor inventory levels strictly to prevent theft, damage, or wastage.
Quality & Safety: Ensure on-the-ground work meets quality standards and enforce basic site safety protocols.
Daily Reporting: Maintain daily attendance logs and send end-of-day progress reports and site photos to management.
Required Profile
Education & Experience: Diploma/ITI Graduation with 13 years of direct, in office supervision experience.
Core Skills: Street-smart, tough enough to handle daily labor issues, and focused on getting work done on time.
Tech Skills: Comfortable using a smartphone for WhatsApp updates, sharing photos, and filling basic daily digital/paper logs.
