We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong knowledge in Fire Fighting and ELV systems. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimation, billing, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate commercial management of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Quantity take-off for Fire Fighting systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Gas Suppression)
Quantity take-off for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA, BMS, Networking, etc.)
Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Cost estimation and budgeting
Vendor comparison & rate analysis
Preparation of client billing (RA Bills) and subcontractor billing
Variation and change order management
Coordination with site engineers and project managers
Review of drawings and specifications
Monitoring project costs and preparing MIS reports
Required Skills
Solid knowledge in Fire Fighting systems (NFPA standards preferred)
Valuable understanding of ELV systems
Experience in BOQ preparation and estimation
Proficiency in MS Excel (must)
Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
Familiarity with contracts and commercial terms
Valuable communication and coordination skills
