Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our team across multiple departments including R&D;, Quality, and Production. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in the manufacturing/engineering domain.
Key Responsibilities
R&D; Department
Assist in product design and development activities
Support in testing, validation, and documentation
Work on continuous improvement and innovation projects
Quality Department
Perform quality inspections and audits
Support in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Maintain quality documentation and reports
Production Department
Assist in daily production activities and planning
Monitor process efficiency and productivity
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production or related field
0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
Solid technical knowledge and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Skills Required
Basic understanding of engineering principles
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a team workplace
