Conduct in-store product sampling and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
Execute targeted product launch initiatives and ensure timely deal closures.
Support retail partners with business development strategies and on-ground execution.
Monitor, analyze, and report monthly sales performance, campaign outcomes, and key market insights.

Job Requirements
Graduate in any discipline from 2021 to 2025 pass-out.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Up to 11 months of sales or field experience is acceptable.
Must be a local resident of the assigned location within 10 km of the retail store.
Personal two-wheeler (bike preferred)



is mandatory with a valid driving license.
Prior knowledge or experience in the beauty/cosmetics or FMCG sector is preferred.
Male candidates are preferred for this role.
Basic valuable communication skills and the ability to pitch products to retailers/distributors are required.
