Responbilities:
Assist in documenting functional requirements and supporting translation into system solutions
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs
Support configuration and maintenance of enterprise systems and modules
Assist with system integrations across clinical, finance, procurement, and other applications
Support data migration activities, including validation and quality checks
Generate basic reports and dashboards to support operational insights
Assist in development of test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployments
Troubleshoot routine system issues and escalate complex problems as needed
Maintain documentation including user guides and SOP-aligned materials
Support identification of process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
0 2 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or a related field.
Domain Knowledge Lifesciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare would be Plus.
Exposure to AI Tools (preferred)
Foundational understanding of the drug development lifecycle or regulated environments (preferred)
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying concepts (PL/SQL exposure a plus)
Familiarity with enterprise systems or cloud settings (e.g., Azure, Windows Servers, IIS) preferred
Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (preferred)
Exposure to reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
