Job Description:
Configure and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) processes.
Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Returns.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure Sales Documents, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Credit Management.
Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
Prepare functional specifications and support ABAP developments.
Required Skills:
Robust experience in SAP SD module.
Hands-on experience in Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Output Determination.
Knowledge of Integration with MM, FICO, and WM/EWM modules.
Experience in configuration and support activities.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SD enhancements.
Experience in support, implementation, or rollout projects.
