Key Responsibilities
Lead AI consulting engagements and large-scale transformation programs
Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to define AI-led business strategies
Drive consulting sales, proposals, client pitches, and transformation initiatives
Identify AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, Automation, and Analytics-led business opportunities
Manage strategic client relationships and deliver high-impact consulting outcomes




Lead and mentor large consulting teams across delivery and practice development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions and business use cases
Drive AI transformation programs for large enterprise clients

Your Profile :

Required Qualifications
10+ years of consulting and transformation experience
Solid expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or AI/ML technologies
Mandatory consulting background with exposure to client advisory and stakeholder management
Proven ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
Experience managing large transformation programs and consulting engagements
Robust communication, executive presence, and business development capabilities
Experience working with senior leadership and Fortune 500 clients preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with robust problem-solving and analytical skills
