We are looking for experienced Project Managers / Senior Project Managers with solid expertise in executing high-rise Fire Protection System projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pump Room, and Fire Alarm coordination, along with project planning, billing, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead complete FPS project execution from BOQ stage to Testing, Commissioning, NOC, and Handover.
Manage multiple high-rise residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and productivity targets.
Drive project planning, execution monitoring, milestone tracking, and constraint resolution.
Ensure effective manpower deployment, productivity management, and resource optimization.
Coordinate material planning, procurement follow-up, inventory control, and consumption tracking.
Ensure quality compliance through inspections, checklists, documentation, and snag closure.
Drive safety compliance through toolbox talks, PPE adherence, work permits, and incident reporting.
Coordinate with design teams for approved drawings, RFIs, revisions, and technical clarifications.
Manage JMS/RAB preparation, measurements, client approvals, billing readiness, and invoice closure.
Conduct client meetings,



progress reviews, escalations, and project handover activities.
Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors, fitters, welders, and riggers to improve project performance.
Monitor WIP, wastage control, floor-wise reconciliation, and billing conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in FPS project execution.
Strong experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Hands-on exposure to Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pump Room, Testing & Commissioning activities.
Must have experience in handling Own manpower.
Practical knowledge of JMS, RAB, measurements, billing processes, and client certifications.
Solid planning, leadership, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects, teams, and client interfaces simultaneously.
