Role: Blue Prism Developer/Senior Developer

Location: Pan India, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Experience: 4 - 11 years

Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) (B. Tech preferred)
Blue Prism Certification (Positive to have).

Job Role

In this role, associates will design, develop, and provide support for applications. As part of this dynamic role, he/she will report to Account Service Delivery Lead and work closely with business units and other IT teams to deliver leading edge technology to enable digital capabilities.

Skills:
Experience in Robotics Process Automation development, particularly in Blue Prism .
Independent and works well across different functions.
Excellent problem analysis skill. Innovative and creative in developing solutions.
Robust sense of drive and commitment to deliver on responsibilities.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Works well in a dynamic workplace.
Ability and willingness to be hands-on.





Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs to design, develop and deliver applications to meet business objectives.
Provide application maintenance and support in accordance with Service Level Agreement.
Delivering applications in accordance with relevant IT policies and procedures.
Provide and share technical knowledge with other team members.
Implementation of RPA solution using Blue Prism for Web, thick clients, mainframes, surface automation etc.
Agile way of working, knowledge of tools like JIRA, DevOps experience.
Ability understands requirements and implements efficient solution in short timeframe to maximize ROI.
Stakeholder management ability and good communication skills expected.
Developing plug-in APIs using C# or Java to support the automation.
Unit testing, SIT support, UAT Support, Hyper care, handover to L3, User training documentation.
