Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
9+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration within large-scale enterprise environments.
Robust hands-on expertise in:
Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN
Database performance tuning (AWR, ASH, SQL tuning)
Oracle Utilities database architectures
2+ years of experience supporting OCI (mandatory for IDC roles).
Exposure to AWS in hybrid environments is preferred.
Solid Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
Experience working in IMS / Managed Services delivery models.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational governance.
Exposure to middleware technologies (WebLogic, SOA, GoldenGate) is an advantage.
Solid customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in 24x7 production settings and handle critical situations effectively.
