Role Overview

VEKA India is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive B2B profile sales across the Hyderabad region. The role involves developing the assigned territory, generating project specifications, managing key stakeholders, driving business growth, and ensuring regional profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales of VEKA uPVC Profiles through Fabricators, Contractors, Builders, Architects, Consultants, and PMCs.
Develop the assigned territory and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new business prospects and increase secondary sales.
Build and strengthen relationships with key B2B customers and project stakeholders.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and share periodic market intelligence.




Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive brand visibility and project conversions.
Ensure regional sales growth, product mix, and gross margin profitability.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory (10–12 days/month).

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing regional business.
Robust market network in the Hyderabad/Telangana region.
Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
