Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce DevOps/Release Train Engineer to join our team and lead our Salesforce release management and deployment strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust CI/CD pipeline to ensure effective, reliable, and high-quality releases of our Salesforce applications.
You will be a key player in driving automation and improving the developer experience.

Key Responsibilities :
Design, build, and manage the CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce development and deployment.
Implement and manage deployment tools (Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX) and version control systems (Git).
Automate the deployment and release processes, ensuring speed, quality, and reliability.
Manage and track releases across multiple Salesforce environments (Dev, UAT, Prod).
Collaborate with development, QA, and release management teams to coordinate complex releases.
Ensure proper versioning, packaging, and metadata management.
Continuously improve release processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT,



or related field.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce.
Deep expertise in Salesforce development and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado).
Robust experience with Git and version control strategies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and setting management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Platform Developer).
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with release management for large-scale Salesforce projects.
Experience with Salesforce Security and compliance.
