Motivating the team by giving training and generating the ideas from the team for better improvement of the company.

Reduction of IPR.

Part fg reduction
Collaboration with team to achieve desired targets in Production.
Have valuable handling of man power management.
Have valuable knowledge of lean manufacturing system.
Have good knowledge of Root cause analysis & 7 QC tools.
Have good knowledge on lead time reduction by providing creative ideas.
5 S & TPM Implementation in shop floor.
Have Good knowledge on presentation & communication skills.
