Business Analyst Job Description

Job Summary

Seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in ERP, digital products, business intelligence, or digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, gather requirements, define workflows, support Agile delivery, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
Prepare BRD, FRD/SRS, PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and RTM.
Perform gap analysis, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), workflow optimization, and business process improvements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders.
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate UAT, defect validation, business sign-off, and change management.




Support ERP/SaaS/digital product implementations and cross-functional project delivery.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI definitions where required.
Present solutions, demos, and project updates to stakeholders.
