Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson with 1+ years of experience in staffing and recruitment sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for connecting businesses with top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in various industries.
Understand client hiring needs and explain how our staffing solutions can meet those needs.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.




Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
1+ years of experience in sales or lead generation within the staffing and recruitment industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
In-depth understanding of staffing and recruitment processes and client needs.
