Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for hip and knee implants.
Drive the adoption and usage of company products among orthopedic surgeons and healthcare facilities.
Identify and capitalize on recent business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activity.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Clinical Support Executives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Foster a high-performance culture through explicit goal setting, KPIs, and incentive alignment.

Key Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), orthopedic surgeons, procurement heads, and hospital decision-makers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts,



and tenders in alignment with company policy and profit margins.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and support.

Clinical & Commercial Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and clinical support teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
Organize and support clinical workshops, CMEs, surgeon training programs, and product demos.

Reporting & Compliance:
Monitor sales data, prepare detailed forecasts, and submit regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines related to medical device sales and interactions with healthcare specialists.
