Role & responsibilities
Market bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Optimize resumes using relevant technical keywords and formatting to improve submission success.
Develop and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies.
Identify suitable job requirements that match consultants' skill sets.
Submit consultant profiles to open requirements and follow up with clients.
Coordinate interviews and provide interview preparation to consultants.
Negotiate billing rates and finalize contract terms with clients.
Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding project status.
Track submissions, interviews, placements, and closures using internal systems.
Ensure consultant profiles and resumes are updated with the latest skills, projects, and experience.
Meet daily, weekly,
and monthly submission and placement targets.
Required Skills
Must have hands-on experience in IT resume editing and resume customization based on job descriptions.*
Experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
Experience working with job portals such as Dice and Monster, along with vendor management systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven setting.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of US tax terms and visa categories (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD).
