Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct technical evaluation of residential and commercial properties.
Perform property valuation and prepare detailed technical assessment reports.
Review construction quality, stage progress, and project feasibility.
Carry out site inspections and verify property-related technical details.
Assess legal-technical aspects related to land/building structures from a technical standpoint.
Evaluate market value, distress value, and reconstruction value of assets.
Ensure compliance with internal technical policies, risk parameters, and documentation standards.
Coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and operations teams for technical approvals.
Maintain accurate MIS, reports, valuation records, and inspection documentation.
Provide insights on local market trends, property risks, and construction quality in AP/TS regions.
