We are looking for a high-performing, commercially sharp International Business Development Manager to lead our market expansion across the AME (Africa & Middle East) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions. Operating from Hyderabad, you will be responsible for defining growth strategies, appointing distributors, managing key accounts, and driving multi-million dollar revenue goals in the Pharma and Nutraceutical spaces.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Growth & Strategy: Formulate and execute aggressive market entry and expansion strategies for assigned AME and APAC territories.
Distributor & Channel Management: Identify, evaluate, appoint, and nurture high-performing international distributors, agents, and local channel partners.
Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively hunt for recent business prospects, secure strategic B2B accounts, and consistently meet or exceed regional sales targets.
Commercial Operations: Formulate techno-commercial business proposals, price quotes, and export contracts. Lead high-stakes international client negotiations.
Cross-Functional Synergy:



Coordinate closely with internal teamsincluding Regulatory Affairs (RA), QA, Supply Chain, and Financeto ensure flawless export documentation and order execution.
Global Brand Presence: Represent Unique Biotech at major international trade shows, regulatory forums, exhibitions, and direct customer conferences.

Candidate Profile
Experience: 8 to 15 years of robust experience in Export Sales, International BD, or International Marketing within the Pharma, Nutraceuticals, APIs, or Biotechnology industry.
Territory Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience managing B2B clients and distribution networks in AME and/or APAC regions is mandatory.
Academics: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Tech or M.Tech in Biotechnology, or relevant Life Sciences degree. An MBA/PGDM in Marketing or International Business is highly preferred.
Travel: High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally for market visits and exhibitions.
