Key Responsibilities

Generate B2B leads in construction and infrastructure.
Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Share company profile and service offerings.
Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
Update CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
Achieve monthly lead and meeting targets.
Required Skills
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales/business development.
Cold calling and email outreach.
CRM and MS Office knowledge.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Construction/Infrastructure industry experience preferred.
