Job Description:
Setup, run and evaluate NVH simulations at a subsystem, trim-body and full vehicle level.
Carryout following NVH simulations: Normal modes, FRF, Noise transfer functions (NTF), Transfer path analysis, optimization studies.
Need to work on countermeasures / design suggestions.
Perform correlation studies with physical test data.
Robust fundamental knowledge of mechanics of material.
In depth knowledge of vibration and acoustic theory.
Deep understanding of isolation, damping, stiffness and mass impact on vibration.
System Analysis Road Shake, Road Noise, Normal Mode (BIW, Trimmed-body), Point Mobility, Static Bending & Torsion.
Excellent root cause and problem-solving skills in automotive NVH.
Well-versed in acoustic analysis and understanding of road noise contributions.
