Role & responsibilities
Create Detail Drawings: Produce accurate, scale-based 2D blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing plans using software like AutoCAD.
Incorporate Specifications: Apply dimensions, materials, and notes provided by engineers or architects.
Ensure Code Compliance: Verify that drawings follow industry standards like ISO, ASME, or local building regulations.
Revise Plans: Update existing 2D layouts based on site changes, client feedback, or engineering revisions.
Spatial Planning: Plan the physical arrangement of equipment, factory floors, piping networks, or architectural floor plans.
Resolve Interferences: Check 2D schematics to ensure structural elements, electrical lines, and plumbing do not overlap or conflict.
