3+ Years of hands-on Appian Development
Solid expertise in Appian Designer & SAIL
Experience with Process Models, Records, Interfaces, Sites & Decision Rules
Solid understanding of BPMN & Case Management
Experience in REST/SOAP API Integrations
Appian Certified Associate Developer (ACAD)
Agile/Scrum Development Experience
Excellent Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop,



and enhance enterprise-grade Appian BPM applications
Build scalable workflows, user interfaces, records, and case management solutions
Develop integrations with enterprise systems and external APIs
Support deployments, production releases, and application maintenance
Optimize application performance and ensure platform stability
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Business Analysts in Agile teams
Mentor team members and contribute to technical best practices
