Role & Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP MM (Materials Management) processes in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoice Verification.
Configure Material Master, Vendor Master, Release Strategies, Source Lists, and Quota Arrangements.
Support Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory, and Goods Movements.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), test scenarios, test cases, SOPs, and KT documents.
Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.
Work closely with business users, procurement teams, warehouse teams, and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM issues and incidents.
Support integrations with SAP SD, FI, PP, QM, Ariba, and external systems through IDocs/APIs.
Utilize AI-assisted tools for documentation, testing, analysis, and issue resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile




Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM (Materials Management).
Robust knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and support.
Experience with Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing, and Inventory Management.
Valuable understanding of SAP MM integration with SD, FI, PP, and QM modules.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments is preferred.
Knowledge of IDocs, APIs, and integration concepts.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in implementation, rollout, support, or enhancement projects.
SAP MM Certification is an added advantage.
Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP WM/EWM, or Tricentis Tosca is preferred.
Comfortable working with AI-powered productivity and testing tools.
Bachelor's Degree with 15 years of full time education.
