Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP-related projects and customer engagements. The ideal candidate will possess solid SAP functional knowledge across multiple modules combined with technical expertise and proven delivery leadership. This role will serve as the bridge between customers, product teams, implementation consultants, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery & Program Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation, integration, migration, data archival, and optimization projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Ensure successful project execution while maintaining quality, budget, and customer expectations.
Drive governance, project reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

SAP Solution Leadership
Work closely with customers to understand business processes and SAP landscape requirements.
Provide techno-functional guidance across multiple SAP modules.
Define solution approaches for SAP data archiving, retention management, data volume management,



and system optimization initiatives.
Support solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Consulting teams.
Collaborate with SAP Basis, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Customer Success teams.
Ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.

Team Leadership
Mentor and guide SAP consultants and project teams.
Drive delivery best practices, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal reviews.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of SAP consulting, implementation, or delivery experience.
5+ years of experience managing SAP projects and customer engagements.
Experience working with SAP landscapes, integrations, and enterprise applications.
Solid understanding of SAP data models, master data, and business processes.
Experience managing global or large-scale SAP programs.
